When I first started taking these I couldn’t tell if they helped or not. Mostly because I started meditating before bed so I didn’t know which was which. It wasn’t until I skipped taking the supplement for a night and realized how awesome they really were. Somehow they truly help. I thought nothing would do the trick and these did. I recommend taking 2 hours before bed. I take one a night to make them last longer but I know if I need a good nights sleep or have a bug day I will take two. They ROCK!
