This is the best protein powder! I’ve tried many different kinds, and it is hard to find one with a great taste. This one not only has a great taste, but it also has a great texture. I love that it keeps me full longer than other powders and Provides great nutrients and ingredients. I have noticed that it is much better if I use a blender instead of a shaker bottle when I make this shake.
It’s only been a month, but I already noticed a difference in my hair. It is so much healthier and thicker. I’ve ever noticed that it is shinier.. and my nails are stronger and longer!
