PRODUCT REFUND POLICY:

If any product isn’t 100% satisfactory, you're covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Single items: full refund minus shipping 
  • Multiple of the same supplement: only one opened item allowed; others must be sealed

 

SINGLE PRODUCT REFUND POLICY:

  • Provide the order number and what product(s) you would like a refund for. 

 

2PACKS & 3PACK AND MULTIPLE ITEMS REFUND POLICY: 

  • Note: Only one item can be opened; all others must be sealed to qualify for a refund.
  • For multi-pack orders (e.g., 3-pack, 6-pack), return unopened containers at your expense for a refund.
  • Email your refund request with order number and product(s) to info@bosswe.com within 60 days of purchase.

 

NOTE: 

  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders, domestic and international.

 

 INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS:

  • International clients have 60 days from the date the order was confirmed as delivered to receive a refund. The same rules as above apply.

 

FREE SHIPPING (US ORDERS ONLY)

  • We offer free shipping in the United States. UPS and USPS are the preferred carriers. Transit time: Delivery averages between 3-5 business days. This can be longer at times. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • FedEx and USPS are offered for international orders and tracking on all services are available. Cross-border shipments must go through the customs security measures. The customs bureau of every country has the right to stop any shipment and charge a fee. BossWe.com is not responsible for any customs fees that you may incur. This is your responsibility. The shipping cost that you paid does not include any customs or export fees. Transit time for international orders varies. It could take anywhere from 1-6 weeks, or longer, depending on the country’s rules and regulations. This is out of our control.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Orders that reached the warehouse cannot be canceled. It is your responsibility to make sure the address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order form. The transaction fees and shipping costs are not refundable.

 

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS:

  • Orders that come back to our warehouse as undelivered, will get contacted and given the option to reship to a different address or get a refund. Those two options are only available for orders shipped within the United States. For International Orders that are returned, they will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

 

DAMAGED/STOLEN PACKAGES:

  • BossWe is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages by UPS or USPS. We will, however, assist customer to fill the tight forms to contact these carriers. 

 

BossWe SUPPLEMENTS VIP & SUBSCRIBE (SUBSCRIPTION):

  • Billing & Shipping: Your card will be charged, and the order shipped on your scheduled Subscribe & Save date.
  • Manage Subscription: Update or cancel anytime in your online account at BossWe.com.
  • Canceling: Canceling the VIP & SUBSCRIBE membership ends your discounted pricing.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY (CONSULTATIONS AND PROGRAMS): 

  • To be successful, You need to invest in you, including committing to the steps of the membership program through the duration of the program. Because we, BossWe, and You – are All In, there will be no refunds for any reason for the services we provide.
  • No Refunds: Membership programs (e.g., "Thyroid Boss Diet," "Thyroid Root Cause," "SILVER," "GOLD," "CLUB," "Women's Community," or "Health Membership") are non-refundable for any reason, including if paid upfront or if you cancel early.
  • The 100% Satisfaction 60-Day Guarantee applies only to physical products, not memberships.
